Effective Date: April 6, 2025

1. Guest Cancellation

– Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled experience.
– Less than 48 hours: 100% cancellation fee (no refund), unless mutually agreed.

2. Provider Cancellation/Changes

If we cancel due to force majeure or host illness, Guests may choose:
– Full refund
– Rescheduling to another available date

3. Refund Procedure

Refunds issued via the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
