1. Definitions
“Provider” = Dubrovnik Eat With Locals
“Guest” = anyone booking or participating in the tour
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email and, if applicable, deposit payment. Balance payment occurs either via secure payment link or on-site.
3. Service
The experience includes a traditional family-hosted meal by Marija & Zlatko at their home near Dubrovnik’s Old Town.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed at booking. Payments are processed via secure Stripe link. All prices are final and inclusive of local VAT, where applicable.
5. Cancellation & Changes
– Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the event without charge.
– Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
– Provider reserves the right to cancel or change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure), with full refund or rescheduling option.
6. Liability
Guests assume responsibility for personal belongings. Provider’s liability limited to gross negligence or wilful misconduct; any claims limited to the booking value. No liability assumed for indirect damages under Croatian obligations law.
7. Conduct
Guests must respect hygiene and house rules. No reimbursement for early departure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos) is owned by Dubrovnik Eat With Locals and protected by copyright.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms governed by Croatian law. Court in Dubrovnik has exclusive jurisdiction.
